Now open: Burlington

Burlington opened a Cedar Park location Sept. 10 at 1335 E. Whitestone Blvd., Ste. D100, Cedar Park. The store sells women's, men's and children's clothing and other items. 737-843-9582. www.burlington.com

Now open: Salerno Cucina Italiana

Salerno Cucina Italiana opened Sept. 26 at 1310 Cypress Creek Road, Ste. 120, Cedar Park. The Italian restaurant serves pasta, pizza, subs and more. The restaurant and patio are open to diners, and to-go orders are available. 512-351-9580. www.facebook.com/salernocedarpark


Coming soon: HTeaO

HTeaO, an iced tea house, will open a Cedar Park location in October. The store will sell 24 types of iced green and black tea with flavored and unflavored options and a fresh fruit bar to add fruit to the tea. Orders can be placed inside the store or in the drive-thru. The location is also a licensed YETI retailer. www.hteao.com

Coming soon: Sweetwood

Sweetwood, a 60-home single-family neighborhood, has begun construction in the 530-acre Bryson master-planned community, according to a Sept. 23 release from builder Trendmaker Homes. The neighborhood will be across from the Bryson amenity center and the planned Leander ISD elementary school. Home sizes range from 1,800 to 2,600 square feet and will be priced from the high $200,000s, according to the release. Home sales will begin in early 2021. http://trendmakerhomes.com/LiveAtBryson

Expansion: Quest Apartments

Coworking offices opened Sept. 15 at Quest Apartments, which opened in March. The office spaces, located at 910 Quest Parkway, Cedar Park, are open 24/7 with 14 suites available for rent.
