Located north of the San Gabriel River, Summerlyn is a great neighborhood for those who are looking for outdoor adventures. The residents have easy access to U.S. 183, 183A Toll, Hwy. 29 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard. The new Northline mixed-use project is also minutes away. There are shops and restaurants right outside of the subdivision, so it is super convenient for residents.

This community actually consists of two subdivisions: Summerlyn West, which is in a Public Improvement District, and Summerlyn. For those looking for new construction homes that are still relatively affordable, Summerlyn West is a great option to consider.
