Williamson County officials held a ribbon-cutting for the new facility Feb. 25. The restroom is near the parking area for the disc golf course and Jim Rodgers trailhead.
The $432,554.68 project was funded with the 2019 voter-approved park bond, according to the county. The park is located at 3005 CR 175, Leander.
“This new restroom will be a great addition and much-needed amenity for a large contingent of park users to this area of the park that play disc golf or access the Jim Rodgers Trail,” County Parks Director Russell Fishbeck said in a release. “We are grateful to voters for approving park bonds to make this facility possible.”
