The number of homes sold decreased in every market except for 78729, which stayed the same, and ZIP code 78717, which posted a 13.64% increase over 2024.
Many areas saw a significant increase in the number of days homes were on the market. ZIP code 78750 saw the largest such increase, with the number of days on the market rising 133.33% over the same time last year. Conversely, ZIP code 78726 showed the only decrease, dropping 60.47%.
Median home prices increased in most ZIP codes year over year, with 78717 showing the largest bump with 16.9% higher median sale prices than 2024. 78726 showed the only decrease with an 8.04% drop.
The largest number of homes sold in the region for April fell in the $300,000-$499,000 range.
