ZIP code 78750, encompassing much of far Northwest Austin, experienced the largest increase in year-over-year home sales, rising 27.27% over November 2023, while 78726, near Austin and Cedar Park, experienced a 28.57% decline.
Meanwhile, median home sale prices decreased in most areas. Cedar Park ZIP code 78613 experienced the largest increase since November 2023, with an 8.7% increase. 78641 in Leander and 78729 in Williamson County showed slight growth as well, while other markets were down, particularly 78750, which saw a 28.45% drop in median home sale prices.
Consistent with recent trends, homes in the $300,000-$499,999 range sold the most across most markets.
Most markets saw homes listed on the market for longer than 2023. Liberty Hill's 78642 ZIP code saw the largest increase over November 2023, with a 37.89% increase. Only 78750 and 78726 saw decreases in this area.
