Williamson County residents and community members will be able to donate to nonprofits closer to home as Amplify Wilco Day—a 24-hour giving event in conjunction with Amplify Austin Day—draws closer.

About the event

Organized by I Live Here I Give Here, Amplify Wilco Day is a hyperlocal giving campaign highlighting Williamson County nonprofits that will take place March 6-7 from 6 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Over 60 nonprofits across the county are participating in this inaugural event, including the Central Texas SPCA, Drive a Senior Northwest, Faith in Action Georgetown and Operation Liberty Hill, to name a few.

Though the main event is still days away, Williamson County locals can begin donating early to any of the participating Amplify Wilco nonprofits online.

Quote of note
