From an outdoor concert to fall- and Halloween-themed festivals, there’s a variety of events to choose from.

September

Pumpkin Nights

The event will present eight different Halloween-themed lands created by using over 7,000 real and synthetic pumpkins. There will be 10-foot tall jack-o’-lanterns, a life-size pumpkin pirate ship, entertainment, games and more.

Kite & Rocket Festival




Hosted by Scouting America Capitol Area Council, attendees in kindergarten through fifth grade will have the opportunity to launch a variety of types of rockets, build and fly their own kites, spend time at the BB gun and archery ranges, and go on nature adventures. Participants are encouraged to bring lunch. The event is open to all families, not just Scouts.

National Night Out Kick-Off Party

The Cedar Park Police Department will host an event to increase crime and drug awareness and generate support for local anti-crime programs. There will be free food and games.Boots and Bling

Jail to Jobs is hosting its 12th annual fundraiser, which will feature a cocktail hour, a barbecue dinner from Salt Kitchen, a live auction and live music performed by country musician Frankie Ballard. All proceeds from the event will go toward its mission of empowering youth offenders post incarceration through employment-based mentoring.Puppy Mill Awareness Sunday Funday

Nonprofit Puppy Mill Awareness Day TX is hosting the outdoor event that will have about 40 rescue booths and vendors, a pet tricks contest, K-9 demos, a live DJ, food trucks and more. There will be dogs available for adoption and Puppy Mill Awareness Day TX will be awarding money to rescues in attendance. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome at the event.

An Overture to the Season

Central Texas Musical Arts is hosting an outdoor orchestra concert featuring a performance by the Bluebonnet Philharmonic Orchestra. Admission is free but donations are encouraged.Association of Volleyball Professionals Match Up

The American Legion Post 911 is hosting its fourth annual memorial golf tournament. This is a fundraising event that helps support Leander ISD scholarships and sponsorships for students to attend Boys State.

Taste of Cedar Park




The Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce is hosting an event to showcase local businesses and restaurants. The event will feature local vendors, drinks, food and live music. Attendees can sample food from North Austin and Cedar Park eateries.Sculpture Festival

The event will have live music, sculpting demos, an inflatable kids zone, a pet costume contest and more. All money raised through the event will support Sculpture Park, which is freely accessible and features creations from artists across the world.Leander Diwali Festival

The festival will feature live performances, food from six different restaurants, arts and crafts workshops, and over 35 vendors. The grand finale performance includes a light show and tunes from an Indian-American musician. Location is subject to change.Peace Lutheran Church Fall Festival

The event will allow community members to connect and learn more about the church’s Peace Housing Project. The project is set to open in 2025 and will offer housing resources to about 16 families a year at its North Austin campus. Attendees can expect activities and games for all ages as well as food.
