The food truck specializes in wagyu beef and serves A5 wagyu rice bowls and gyudon, or Japanese rice bowls.
The truck also serves Korean short ribs, street snacks such as takoyaki, edamame and corn, and drinks such as mango cream soda and Jasmine tea.
Other menu specials include a wagyu burger, beef bulgogi bowls and Japanese-style pork belly.
