The Sparrow Mobile Bar has re-opened after a brief hiatus and is ready to serve Williamson County and the greater Austin area.
Owner Hannah Hohl had originally opened the business in September 2024, but stepped away to give birth to her daughter. The mobile bar re-opened in March and is now available for events.
More details
The Sparrow Mobile Bar is a food truck for cocktails. Housed in a vintage trailer, the business travels all over the Austin metro and throughout Williamson County, and provides drinks to festivals, weddings and corporate events.
What they offer
The bar offers a rotating supply of beer, lemonades and custom cocktails. The bar is currently serving spring-theme creations, including the “Pina-rita,” a creamy tequila cocktail, and the “Drunk Bunny,” a rum-based concoction garnished with a marshmallow Peep.
“[Cocktail creation] is one of my favorite parts of the gig,” Hohl said. “It’s where I get to get a little wild and creative.”
