Einstein Bros. Bagels opened at the new Southbrook Station strip mall in Leander in early March.

The national bagel chain serves a variety of bagels and whipped cream cheese spreads. The bagel shops's menu includes breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffee and espresso drinks, and sweets. Catering is also available.
