A new development near Scottsdale Drive in Leander is set to bring over 350,000 square feet of industrial and flex industrial space once ready for tenant occupancy in the third quarter of 2026.

Cedar Tech I and II, an industrial project from developer Holt Lundsford Commercial Investments and brokered by Live Oak, is set to bring multiple industrial and flex industrial spaces to Leander.

Cedar Tech I will bring 279,571 square feet of Class AA industrial space, while Cedar Tech II will bring 105,875 square feet of Class AA flex industrial space, per the brokerage.

The development broke ground in the third quarter of 2025, and construction is expected to continue for about a year.
