The background
The couple was searching for a way to work for themselves during the height of the coronavirus pandemic but prioritized finding a business that gave them the opportunity to help others.
With personal experience as a customer in the mobility product realm, the duo found the perfect opportunity to own their own business while working in a space they connected with.
“We just saw what a need there was and it just seemed like that’s what we were supposed to do,” Ginger Kral said.

Customers can find mobility accessories, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, power chairs, lift chairs, hospital beds, rollators, walkers, canes, bath safety, stair lifts, vehicle lifts and mobility ramps.
Since its opening, the business has added to its offered products and now the team can create custom-made products or find unique products a customer requests. The business’ technicians are also available to make deliveries and provide maintenance and repair services at customers’ homes.
“We've just kind of evolved,” Gary Kral said. “Kind of like a woodworker kind of thing. You take that block that we first started with and we've whittled that down to listening to our customers and having what our customers are asking for and going from there.”

As the Central Texas location, the business serves customers from Austin, Round Rock, Burnet, Sun City and beyond.
While the needs of every customer varies, Gary Kral said the most important aspect of the business is making sure each individual’s needs are being heard and accommodated.
“It's something for us to listen to our customers about what makes them tick and what makes them be more mobile and...what brings a better quality of life to their lives and then we just multiply that out to be able to bring that to other people,” Gary Kral said.
The impact
The couple’s main drive for building the business is being able to connect with customers and provide help in a multitude of ways.
“This is not just another job,” Gary Kral said. “We have people cry in our show room. We have people thank us in our show room. We pray with people in our show room. It’s an inward type of profit that makes us go, ‘"Wow, we’ve done some good. We made a difference in that person's life.’”
The pair and their extended team play a huge role in their customers’ lives as they provide products for comfort, accessibility and quality of life throughout their daily routines.
“We try to bless others and we get the blessings right back,” Ginger Kral said. “Even more so because just the relief, the joy, whatever they're feeling on their end just makes it so much more worthwhile than anything.”
