Westwood Financial announced its acquisition of Four Points retail center Trails at 620 in a news release Sept. 24.

According to officials with the shopping center operator, Trails at 620 is currently 77% leased and has new leasing prospects in the pipeline. Current tenants include AT&T, Freebirds World Burrito, Black Rock Coffee Bar, Kale Me Crazy and Restore Hyper Wellness.

"Our goal is to attract a mix of retail, dining and service-oriented tenants that will enhance the overall experience for both our tenants and the community," representatives said in an email to Community Impact.

What else?

A new YMCA is set to open at the Trails at 620 in 2025, with the first phase of the three-part plan featuring an early childhood education center.

"With the new YMCA opening within the development in the near future, foot traffic will increase and we want to ensure that we have a complimentary tenant mix to serve the community," Westwood Financial officials said.
