Specialty holiday cocktails at Maude’s Bar and Terrace at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa will help visitors ring in the season. Named for the centuries-old pecan tree around which the bar’s terrace is built, Maude’s is located on the resort’s 400-acre property, surrounded by Bastrop County’s native pines.

Maude’s offers a variety of specialty cocktails, such as the caramel apple cocktail and apple bourbon sidecar, year-round. Ring in the season with the bar’s Irish coffee or spiced Mexican hot chocolate, then sit around the two-story lighted Christmas tree.

Snack on the bar's array of appetizers and flatbreads. When in season, figs from the property can be found in the bar’s figgy old fashioned drink and its flatbreads.

Bring the whole family for an escape to Santa’s workshop at Hyatt Regency. The workshop is open from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Dec. 15-17. Letters to Santa, hot chocolate, cookie decorating and more are available.
