Hyperloop Plaza opened off of FM 1209 in November as the location for several new businesses under one roof. The plaza is located nearby The Boring Company and Starlink facilities.

Boring Bodega, which also opened in November, offers roadside drinks and snacks as part of the Hyperloop Plaza. Complete with a small cafe serving coffee and tea, the bodega offers indoor and outdoor seating.

What to expect

Just outside are pickleball courts available for rent and a playground area. Also part of the plaza is His and Her Barbershop Salon, which opened on Oct. 27, offering men’s and women’s hair services. Hyperloop Plaza is one of His and Her Barbershop Salon's two Bastrop County locations. Locally owned, His and Her Barbershop Salon has been in operation since 2019.
