Expansion of the Hasler Boulevard H-E-B location is expected to begin July 1. Various updates to facilities as well as the addition of A True Texas BBQ restaurant inside the store are planned, according to a Bastrop Economic Development Corporation Facebook post.

The expansion will add nearly 18,000 square feet to the existing facility. These improvements are to follow the parking lot addition currently underway.
