The overview
Hosted by the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, or CAMPO, the FM 969 Corridor Study still has a virtual open house available through June 16.
An online survey aims to gather feedback on possible improvements along FM 969 between SH 130 and SH 71. The study covers potential upgrades in safety, mobility and traffic flow across both counties.
CAMPO officials said once public input is received, they will use that information, along with an analysis of previous studies, current and projected traffic volumes, crash hotspots and environmental features to determine the next steps.
