County Pride Festival
With over 40 vendors, a contortionist, a magician, drag story hour, live music and more, individuals can celebrate Pride Month at this all-day event. From 10 a.m.-2 p.m., all featured vendors and activities are family-friendly. The event will be restricted to ages 21 and older after 5 p.m.

80s Prom Ladies Night Out
Women can spend a night getting to know fellow community members with dancing, music, entertainment, photo opportunities and a silent auction. Proceeds from the event will go toward the Smithville Education Foundation and We Support SISD.

Sister Act
The feel-good musical comedy based on the 1992 film will tell the story of disco diva Deloris Van Cartier after she witnesses a murder and is put in protective custody in a convent. Van Cartier uses her disco moves and singing talent to inspire the choir and learns the power of her newly found sisterhood.

Jr. Firefighter Rodeo
The annual fundraiser will support the Heart of the Pines Fire Department with themed activities, bounce houses, fire truck tours, firefighter meet-and-greets, and food. Raffle prizes include Visa gift cards, a Blackstone griddle, a two-night hotel stay and more.

Adults and children alike can enjoy a screening of a movie about a robot who washes ashore an isolated island where she must learn how to cope with living in the wild. Participants can bring their own blankets. Water and snacks will be provided.

16th annual Car and Motorcycle Show
Blue Flame Cruisers will host the annual event featuring cars, trucks, bikes, food and merchandise. Awards will be presented to the top 30 participants, best car, best truck, best motorcycle, best of show and more.

Trey Mack and Dave Jay
As seen on Amazon Prime and Comedy Central, Trey Mack will perform a comedy set featuring relatable observations and musical anecdotes. Austin-based comedian Dave Jay will open the comedy set with jokes relating to fatherhood, marriage, growing up poor in rural New England and race from the perspective of a half-Pakistani, half-Puerto Rican man.

Bastrop’s annual Big Bang Celebration
Community members can celebrate Independence Day with the Bastrop Pet and Pal Parade, where all kinds of pets can strut down the heart of the city in patriotic attire and be considered for awards. To end the day, individuals can set up at the park to watch a fireworks display and enjoy music, bounce houses, sprinklers and more.
