Although a menu for the steakhouse had not been confirmed by press time, Espadas de Brazil’s food truck menu includes barbecue-style Brazilian plates, sandwiches, sides and drinks, such as:
Baby back ribs, served churrasco style
Gaucho plates with picanha and fraldinha, which are Brazilian steak cuts
Grilled chipotle chicken
Guarana, a Brazilian soda
Housemade Brazilian lemonade
Mandioca frita, or fried yuca
Picanha sandwiches, a popular menu item similar to a cheesesteak
Spicy garlic picanha, sirloin seasoned with sajun
Owner Robinson Figueiredo said the food truck will remain available for catering services. (Amanda Cutshall/Community Impact)
