The location will be built within Sendero—a 75-acre mixed-use development under construction along Hwy. 71—and will open as part of the project's first retail phase, said Melanie Chin, a spokesperson for developers Pearl River Companies.
The details
The Toasted Yolk Cafe will have approximately 3,500 square feet of interior space as well as a 1,500-square-foot patio, according to Pearl River Companies.
Spencer Harkness, a co-founder of Pearl River Companies, highlighted that he expects businesses like The Toasted Yolk Cafe to bring a hospitable atmosphere to Sendero.
“They’re places people will gather—for breakfast with family, dinner with friends or a casual drink on the patio—and that’s what makes a development like this come alive,” he said in a news release.
What they offer
The Toasted Yolk Cafe, founded in 2010 in Conroe, now has dozens of locations throughout Texas with plans to open additional locations throughout Texas and beyond. Menu items include brisket tacos, strawberry-banana pancakes, a cowboy scramble and more.
