Food hall concept Wonder to offer cuisine from more than 20 restaurants in Allen

As part of a larger expansion to Texas, Wonder is slated to develop a location in Allen.

The company is app-based and allows diners to mix and match dishes from more than 20 restaurants in a single order. Menu items are made-to-order and include a range of cuisines. The kitchen also offers menu items in collaboration with chefs such as Bobby Flay and restaurants such as Tejas Barbecue, alongside Wonder concepts such as Pop Salad.

Wonder’s physical locations offer dine-in and pickup, as well as free delivery services, according to its website. The company, which has more than 100 locations in 10 states along the East Coast, is planning to bring more than 100 new locations to Texas beginning in early 2027, a representative of the company confirmed.

A location is planned in Allen along Stacy Road, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The space will span 3,000 square feet, and construction work to finish the space is estimated to cost $970,000, the filing states. Construction work on the space is estimated to be completed in July, per the filing, but an opening date for the location has not yet been announced.
