1. Wonder
As part of a larger expansion to Texas, Wonder is slated to develop a location in Allen. The company is app-based and allows diners to mix and match dishes from more than 20 restaurants in a single order. Menu items are made-to-order and include a range of cuisines. The kitchen also offers menu items in collaboration with chefs such as Bobby Flay and restaurants such as Tejas Barbecue, alongside Wonder concepts such as Pop Salad.
2. Birkenstock
A Birkenstock store is planned for Allen Premium Outlets, a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project filing states.
The project filing shows work is planned to finish out a roughly 2,500-square-foot retail space near the northwest corner of the shopping center. German footwear brand Birkenstock offers shoes for men, women and children. Styles offered include a variety of sandals, clogs, sneakers and boots, its website states.
3. Dynamite Performance Golf
Allen City Council members unanimously approved a specific use permit to allow Dynamite Performance Golf to operate in a space on Bethany Drive at a June 23 meeting.
The golf-simulation business uses a high-speed 3D motion capture system to help members improve their golf technique, and also offers golf-specific fitness training and precision club fitting, per its website.
4. The Coach Coffee Shop
Located inside the Coach store, the coffee shop will serve coffee, sweet treats and more for customers to enjoy while shopping, a news release states. Coach sells bags, shoes, wallets, clothing, accessories and more, per its website.
