To celebrate its 20th anniversary, a program will be held at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 29 at the high school. A brief reception will be held following the program.
“It is important as we continue to develop the future leaders of tomorrow that we reflect on the history that is Colleyville Heritage as we build upon the successes of those that came before us,” said Conrad Streeter, principal of Colleyville Heritage High School, in a news release. “We are so honored to welcome back former students, staff, parents, and administrators as we look back on the 20 years of excellence and look forward to many more to come.”
During the program, the five principals of CHHS: Dr. Marlin Stanberry, Becky Prentice, Dr. Robin Ryan, Dr. Joe Harrington and Conrad Streeter will be honored as well as nine staff members who have remained on staff for 20 years.
At the reception, attendees will be treated to snacks and light refreshments as they visit tables of the various clubs and organizations which will highlight their history at CHHS. Additionally, the CHHS Parent Teacher Student Association has sponsored the 20th Anniversary Memorial which will be unveiled during the celebration.
