Local Joe's Kitchen closed at the end of October, according to a Facebook post.

The restaurant, owned by Austin native Joe Perricone, opened Sept. 12 and specialized in Southern comfort food.

Local Joe's Kitchen had a rotating menu that offered an array of Southern classics, such as pecan pie, slow-cooked pot roast, roasted chicken and more.
