The Teravista neighborhood portion located in Georgetown’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, or the unincorporated area the city reserves the right to annex at a later date, is located near the Round Rock Premium Outlets, IKEA and Bass Pro Shops with access to I-35 and SH 130.

The neighborhood is still being built out, and in July, Georgetown ISD opened Carver Elementary School in the neighborhood.
