At a mobility and transportation committee meeting Aug. 10, Kent Clingerman, a community aide with the Community Assistance Department of Harris County Precinct 4, outlined three ongoing transportation projects in Tomball.
1. Cypress Rosehill Road
In partnership with Harris County Precinct 3, improvements are being made to Cypress Rosehill Road from Seidel Cemetery Road to about 1,500 feet north of FM 2920. Precinct 4 is responsible for the improvements made north of FM 2920, Clingerman said. The new section of roadway will transition into the existing Decker Prairie Rosehill Road and will include a west connection to Waller Tomball Road. The project was awarded in March and is expected to be completed by May 2022, according to Clingerman.
Cost: $3.9 million
