The proposed tax rate of $0.2509 per $100 valuation is lower than FY 2023-24 by $0.0439, according to prior reporting. The FY 2023-24 rate is $0.2948 per $100 valuation.
While the FY 2024-25 budget figures were not discussed at the meeting, Mayor Matthew Dantzer said the budget is anticipated to be balanced.
