Nearly nine months after breaking ground in February, the Tomball Tollway extension is taking shape in Tomball. In addition to the tolled roadway, the Harris County Toll Road Authority project is slated to add a stormwater detention area, sidewalks, feeder roads and accommodations for a future trail system to Spring Creek Park.
