According to a Sept. 23 TDLR filing, H-E-B’s Tomball location is set to undergo interior renovations to modernize.

The breakdown

According to the project documents, the total cost for the proposed renovations is $20 million. Construction is currently set to begin March 1, and the completion date is April 28, 2028.

The focus of the construction is to remodel the grocery store and expand it to accommodate the growing Tomball population.
