Align Coffee Co. is now serving caffeinated beverages and baked goods along FM 1488.
The locally owned, specialty coffeehouse held its soft opening on July 3 in the Magnolia area, co-owner Yael Gurwitz-Elkin confirmed.
Gurwitz-Elkin owns and operates the location alongside her husband, Jeff Elkin.
Respecting the craft
Customers can enjoy a spread of menu items at Align Coffee Co., including coffee sourced from espresso beans and blended with additive-free dairy, house-made nut milks and handcrafted syrups, Gurwitz-Elkin told Community Impact.
Align Coffee Co.’s syrups are made with organic cane sugar, honey and premium extracts. Gluten-free baked goods such as muffins and scones are also available, according to website details.
Looking ahead
As of early July, Gurwitz-Elkin said plans are in the works to add a child- and dog-friendly patio to the location. Align Coffee Co.’s principles are reflected in its motto, which is currently affixed to a wall within the shop in lights stating, “Fuel Your Flow.”
While an official grand opening date has yet to be announced, the owners anticipate the event will be held sometime in August.
