Creekside Park Apartments, a 292-unit, gated residential community, is expected to open by mid-2018 on Kuykendahl Road just north of Creekside Forest Drive. The Woodlands Development Company announced Jan. 18 plans to break ground on the project in the coming weeks. The community will feature 10, two-story buildings and two, four-story buildings and will be within walking distance of Creekside Park Village Center.
