There are several events taking place in The Woodlands through March 18. Events are subject to change. This list is not comprehensive.
5K and 2K Run
Runners are invited to participate in The Woodlands 5K and 2K run that will traverse the streets of Town Center and return to the finish line. The event will finish on The Woodlands Waterway in front of cheering spectators. The starting point is east of Town Green Park and behind Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

Habitat for Humanity Montgomery County’s Hats for Homes
Habitat for Humanity is holding its Second Annual Hats for Homes event featuring a performance by Texas music legend Pat Green, with special guest Walt Wilkins and gourmet bites by Chef Austin Simmons. Attendees are able to enjoy a curated culinary experience, a custom hat bar by Flea Style, a luxury raffle and opportunities to support Habitat’s mission of building safe, affordable homes for local families.

The Woodlands Children’s Museum is celebrating Dental Health Month with a visit from the Tooth Fairy. The event is presented to educate children on the importance of brushing and flossing.

The Kailee Mills Foundation, which is based in The Woodlands area, is hosting the Buckle Up Heroes Bowl, a charity football game between firefighters and police officers.

Touch-A-Truck
Children are invited to The Woodlands Township annual Touch-A-Truck event and have the opportunity to touch, climb and interact with vehicles. In addition, attendees can play in a kid-friendly construction zone featuring a giant sandbox, enjoy Kidzone activities and visit multiple vendors for crafts and games.

The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, The Woodlands
Attendees can learn how to turn everyday items like dry leaves, yard trimmings and kitchen scraps into nutrient-rich compost with a hands-on outdoor class. Compost bins will be available for purchase on-site for $65.

The Woodlands Children's Museum invites attendees to celebrate Texas Independence Day with a Texan-themed art project in the Muse Art Bar and ride the Texas Trail or stick pony game.

The 19th Annual Creekwood Fishing Derby is a family-friendly event where attendees can catch and keep fish. Participants are asked to bring their own fishing rods.

Attendees can enjoy an afternoon at the second annual Spicy Tails Arts Sale featuring local vendors selling original artwork, live music, children's activities, a youth art contest and crawfish cookoff.

This class focuses on sharpening skills taught during the Explore Archery class. Archers can bring their own bows or use The Woodlands Township equipment.
