Love Fosters Hope, a faith-based nonprofit organization, is hosting its Morning of Hope event Aug. 26 at Truluck's at Hughes Landing. The organization hosts summer camps for children, teens and young adults in foster care who have faced relational abuse, or been neglected or abandoned.
The goal of the camps is to provide those in foster care with tools to transition into independent life, and to show them their value as individuals, according to the Love Fosters Hope website.

The nonprofit provides four different camps for different ages—Royal Family Kids Camp, for boys and girls ages 7-11; Boys and Girls Teen Reach Adventure Camps, which are two separate camps for boys and girls ages 12-15; and Bridge Camp, to help teens ages 16-19 to transition into adulthood.
