On The Kirb officials confirmed Oct. 8 the eatery has plans to open a new location at the former El Tiempo location in The Woodlands within the next month.

Per the business's Facebook page, the new location will be in a 6,000-square-foot space with plans to add a 2,000-square-foot covered patio. In addition, the new destination will feature ample parking.
The On the Kirb menu caters to a variety of lifestyles with vegan, keto and low-carb options including wings cooked in beef tallow. The eatery also offers organic taco Tuesdays and organic steak night on Wednesdays, per the Facebook post.
