A new multifamily community will soon begin construction in The Woodlands in the Village of Creekside Park, the Howard Hughes Corp. announced Nov. 7.
The development, a luxury 360-unit residential complex, will be located in the Creekside Park Village Center at 8440 Creekside Green Drive. The new community is situated less than 1 mile from Howard Hughes' first residential project in the village, Creekside Park The Residences, which opened at 26700 Kuykendahl Road in January. The project will begin construction in late 2019 and is expected to be completed in fall 2021, according to Howard Hughes public relations and community relations manager Lorrie Parise.
“We are excited to announce a second apartment community to offer modern and convenient living in Creekside Park Village Center,” Crystal Bledsoe, Howard Hughes national multifamily asset manager, said in a statement. “These residences will utilize many of the award-winning features of Creekside Park The Residences such as Craftsman-style architecture and upgraded resident interiors with signature features. The addition of these residences will continue to fulfill the demand of young families, empty nesters and active adults who wish to reside close to their families in The Woodlands.”
According to Howard Hughes, the new development will feature six four-story buildings comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 600 to 1,400 square feet. Each building will have its own elevator, covered walkways and vehicle loading zones. Both private attached garages and covered parking will be available for residents.
