H-E-B Spring Creek Market celebrated its 10th anniversary on June 17, General Manager Isaac Christlieb said.

The grocery store recognized past leadership and partners at its anniversary celebration, which included speeches and free giveaways for customers, Christlieb said.
Christlieb said Tropical Storm Bill made landfall as the store was preparing to open 10 years ago.
“I remember handing out cases of water at the gas station during the storm, free to the customers, as we were not open yet,” Christlieb said in an email. “They were lined up from all over to get a case of water for the storm, because that is what we do to help the community.”
