Steve Toth and Jackie Waters have filed to run on the Republican ticket for state representative district 15 in the March primary election. The position was formerly held by State Rep. Mark Keough-R, The Woodlands, who did not seek re-election this year. The winner will face Democratic candidate Lorena Perez McGill in the November election.
