1. Industrial Boulevard reconstruction
Project: The project will replace street panels on Industrial Boulevard’s northern side following reconstruction to the southern side in 2018.
Update: Traffic detours as part of the project’s second phase began July 6 for traffic on the northbound portion of the road.

- Cost: $3.2 million
- Funding source: Sugar Land Development Corp.
2. Hwy. 90A reconstruction
Project: The project aims to reconstruct Hwy. 90A between Cunningham Creek Boulevard to Gateway Boulevard to relieve congestion, improve drainage and expedite travel.
Update: The Texas Department of Transportation opened the Hwy. 90A overpass over the Grand Parkway feeder roads July 1.

- Cost: $46 million
- Funding source: TxDOT
3. Lexington Boulevard reconstruction
Project: The project included a full reconstruction of the four-lane section of Lexington Boulevard from Laurel Green Road to Lexington Grove Drive. Drainage and pedestrian improvements were also included.
Update: The project was completed after approximately a year.

- Cost: $7 million
- Funding source: Fort Bend County and Missouri City
