Scholars & Scoundrels Bar and Grill will open a location at 17101 W. Grand Parkway, Sugar Land, in late October or early November, owner Anthony Petronella said. The restaurant offers a variety of classic bar food, including appetizers, burgers and sides, as well as soups and salads, tacos, lunch plates and more.
