More homes were sold in Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes in January compared to last January, with 171 homes sold versus 164.
Three of five ZIP codes saw more home sales, with ZIP code 77498 seeing a 50% increase year over year.
The median home sales price rose in three of five local ZIP codes but only dropped slightly by about 2% in the declining ZIP codes.
Meanwhile, the average number of days homes spent on the market rose overall in that time period and increased in four of five local ZIP codes.
