Fewer homes were sold in Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes in May compared to May 2025, with 293 homes sold versus 335 last year, according to data from CB&A Realtors.

Of the total 293 homes sold, homes in the $200,000-$399,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 119 homes sold.
