Fewer homes were sold in Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes in January compared to January 2025, with 165 homes sold versus 173 last year, according to data from CB&A Realtors.
The big picture
Data shows three of five local ZIP codes saw more home sales year over year, with ZIP code 77498 seeing the largest percentage increase in sales at 52.63%. However, ZIP code 77489 saw the largest decrease at 60%.
Meanwhile, of the total 165 homes sold, homes in the $200,000-$399,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 72 homes sold.
