The median home sale price decreased in three of five local ZIP codes year over year with ZIP code 77478 seeing the largest decrease at 31.68%, according to the data. Meanwhile, ZIP code 77479 had the highest median home sales prices among ZIP codes, at $532,650.

The average number of days homes spent on the market increased in four of five ZIP codes, with ZIP code 77498 seeing the largest percentage increase at 140.35%.
On average, homes in 77498 spent the longest on the market among the ZIP codes, with 137 days on the market for the 29 homes sold, according to the data.
