More homes were sold in Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes in February compared to February 2025, with 203 homes sold versus 176 last year, according to data from CB&A Realtors.

Data shows four of five local ZIP codes saw more home sales year over year, with ZIP code 77498 seeing the largest percentage increase in sales at 60%. Meanwhile, ZIP code 77489 saw the only decrease at 24.14%.
Of the total 203 homes sold, homes in the $200,000-$399,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 103 homes sold.
