Fewer homes were sold in Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes in April compared to April 2025, with 253 homes sold versus 265 last year, according to data from CB&A Realtors.
The big picture
Data shows three of five local ZIP codes saw fewer home sales year over year, with ZIP code 77489 seeing the largest percentage decrease in sales at 33.33%. Meanwhile, ZIP code 77459 saw the largest percentage increase at 4.72%.
Of the total 253 homes sold, homes in the $200,000-$399,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 113 homes sold.
