Local Pillar To Post home inspection franchise now open in Sugar Land

National home inspection company Pillar To Post has opened a new franchise in Sugar Land designed to serve the Greater Houston area, according to a June 7 announcement from the franchise.

According to the announcement, Mohamed Patel, a Sugar Land resident and former Boeing employee, opened the new home inspection franchise out of his home about three weeks ago.

“One piece of advice I know I can give [is] don’t skip your home inspection, no matter what, in this hot sellers’ market,” Patel said in the announcement.

Patel came on as a new home inspector with the Pillar To Post brand because of the company’s advanced technologies and its business model, which together “provide an exceptional home inspection with unique and innovative features that are all delivered within a seamless brand experience,” according to the announcement.

As part of the home inspection process, Patel utilizes several technologies, including PTP360, which provides a 360-degree visual inspection summary and includes every room and a home’s exterior; cost-estimator PTPEstimates; and PTPFloorPlan technology.

“I am active and volunteer in my community and my church and we, as a family, love the Houston area,” Patel said. “I am hoping to make this a family business eventually, but that will depend on what my sons decide to do. For now, I am ready to serve all homeowners in this area.”
