Quail Valley North Park closed for pipeline repairs

Missouri City's Quail Valley North Park will be closed for a portion of the fall, officials announced in a Sept. 21 Facebook post.

What's happening?

The 3-acre park, located at 2202 Bermuda Dunes Drive, closed Sept. 21 as Kinder Morgan Crude and Condensate LLC makes repairs to pipelines that run through the park, officials said.

The neighborhood park is home to a playground, drinking fountain, picnic table and a small parking area, per the city's website.

During the repairs, a portion of the the sidewalk and parking area area will be removed, although any disturbed groundwork will be restored.
