Sapporo Hibachi & Sushi Bar opened in the mixed-use Fort Bend Town Center II development in late 2024.
On the menu
The Japanese restaurant features hibachi stations and a variety of fresh sushi, including hand rolls, nigiri and sashimi, according to its website. Additionally, the menu features entrees such as vegetable and meat teriyaki plates, tempura items, noodles and fried rice.
The eatery also has a full bar with cocktails and other beverages available, a restaurant official said.
