Flying Saucer Draught Emporium is celebrating 15 years of serving “good beer to good people” in Sugar Land with a block party in late October, officials announced in an Oct. 14 news release.

The business is known for offering 250 craft beers along with cocktails and a full bar, according to the release.
The business also serves bar food with a German twist such as a saucer burger and a German plate with sausage and potato salad, per its website. The menu also includes salads, pizzas and steak fries.

Flying Saucer opened in Fort Worth in 1995 with a vision of portraying the convivial spirit of European pubs, per the release. It has since opened 12 locations in the U.S., two of which are in the Greater Houston area, according to its location listing.
