The final touches on renovations at Willowbrook Mall are expected to be complete this summer, and two major retailers—Dick’s Sporting Goods and Zara—are slated to open new stores in the shopping center by the start of the holiday season.
“This past year has been an exciting time for Willowbrook Mall,” General Manager Brenda Crawford said.
In late 2015, Chick-fil-A and Subway opened in the mall. Bath products store Lush also opened last year, and an Aldo footwear store expanded, Crawford said. A U.S. Polo Assn. clothing store plans to open in June, she said.
Renovations to three entrances were also completed in 2015, with new paving and canopies. Improvements to the largest entrance, between H&M and the future site of Dick’s Sporting Goods, are progressing on schedule, Crawford said. The new entrance will feature glass walls to admit natural light to the adjacent food court.
