Harris County Precinct 4 will upgrade the two-lane asphalt section of Gosling Road between West Rayford Road and Creekside Forest Drive to a four-lane concrete boulevard with improved drainage and traffic signal installation and modification. The construction contract was awarded to Allgood Construction at the March 30 Harris County Commissioners Court meeting.
